Is there a minimum number of hours per week or per day that is required?

No minimum hours per week. Just the hours you need, when you need it. We do have a minimum visit time of three hours on any one day. Most of our clients have visits that last for four to eight hours up to 7 times a week.

Can I try it out for just a short while?

Yes! Mavencare is always straightforward, and we don’t try to lock you into any long term contracts. In fact, we don’t have any minimum length of service at all, and we take care of the cost for the initial nurse assessment.

How do you match caregivers to clients?

All our caregivers are carefully screened and only 1/25 applicants meet our high-quality standards. We try to find out as much as possible about our clients during the intake process to make the best possible match.

How do you handle schedule changes and cancellations?

We know things change! Your Care Coordinator will always be able to help make a change to your weekly schedule or organize support for a one-time event. For us in the office, the most helpful thing you can do is let us know in advance.

How do I make payments?

Invoices are payable upon receipt and payment is due seven days from the invoice date.

Can the caregivers drive my loved one to places?

Mavencare is not a commercial transportation company, but we may travel with a client by car for his or her benefit and convenience.
