Our dad's health and mental wellness was also affected as we were stressed and limited on time. Through a short survey of our needs and dad's requirements, we were quickly placed with an individual to support my dad to help relieve our schedule. I will be honest, the matching was not ideal, but I blame that on us and our assumption of dad's preference.
